Really good!! It says that the dog has to get used to it, but that wasn't the case with our Great Dane. He got used to it right away and fell asleep peacefully. Now, when there's a lot of noise, he sometimes comes to get it himself. To downsides:: 1) It could be a little tighter or have something to keep it in place. 2) The XXL is not available in the Netherlands and is therefore very expensive (more than double the price). But for something that works, it's more than worth it.
