Radius Platten and Cooling Pad A genuinely impressive piece of engineering. The convex surface of the platen is ideal for producing a subtle hollow grind, and the integrated cooling manifold is exceptionally effective at maintaining temperature control during grinding. This attachment is extremely useful and well thought out, and the fact it comes as a complete kit—including the water pump—is a big plus. Highly recommended. Well done, Ewan and the 84 Engineering team.
