Customer service is terrible. Shipping time takes much longer than advertised on the site and the owner is unresponsive to emails. I wasn’t even sure I would receive my items. For the price point and the poor customer service, the purchase isn’t worth it. You’d be better off making your own bracelets. Buyer beware.
