Mike was extremely pleasant to deal with and cordial. Went out of his way to help me with a small and finickity order buying some chroma caps, which indicate to me that the Mix Foundation don't see customers as ATMs but as people. Also they care about what the customer needs and are prepared to put time into finding out, so I would trust them to give honest advice to help people fulfill their djing needs.
