Terrible customer service. Purchased two of these books for my son. After several weeks the package was eventually returned to Barns & Noble because the package wasn’t labeled properly. I only knew about it because I was following the tracking. I was never notified by B&N my order was returned. I’ve tried contacting customer service through, email - with no reply, phone - only to be placed on hold and eventually hung up on, and chat - waited without reply.
