Several items arrived cracked or broken, however the customer service was excpetional and they shipped me replacement products at no charge immediately. Great set and high quality items. I had shipped from China to central USA, so this really said a lot for me that they would be so responsive and generous.

The gaiwan came crack but they were great with a quick response and they even sent a new gaiwan ^^ 10/10 service I recommend
