ONE Lid

I really wanted to get away from plastic straws, so I purchased this lid with the stainless steel straw option. I love the concept, and the lid is an improvement over the one that came with my cup. Unfortunately, the straw itself is a poor design. Every time I refill my cup, the stainless steel straw comes out of the lid and falls into my drink. I then have to put my fingers into my drink to retrieve it and put it back in place. I tried everything because I thought I must be missing something, so I finally reached out to customer service for help. Their response was that this is normal because the straw is designed to be removable and may come out when refilling or handling the cup. While I appreciate the response, I find it hard to understand why a design intended for everyday use would allow the straw to fall into the drink so easily. I love the idea of this lid and appreciate having an alternative to plastic straws, but the straw should stay securely in place during normal use. Having to fish it out of my drink every time I refill my cup is inconvenient and defeats some of the purpose of having a more practical, reusable option. Great concept, but the straw retention needs improvement.

Well the first one choice lid i got came on my shark cup works wonderful I love it ordered another one got it the straw part didn't work and cover was super hard to turn on to any of my cups contacted customer service they were great sent me a new replacement lid same issue with the straw part but this one was easy to get on cups tho I didn't contact customer service about the replacement one having same issue with straw part
