BIGNIU BGS Motor Controllers

The replacement controller is ordered was the correct one and functioned fine fixing my E10 error code. The shipped item arrived within the expected time frame but the box was heavily crushed and ripped and a controller wire was partially hanging out. The tracking became sketchy once the box arrived stateside with days between updates, not the fault of Bigniu. Email customer service is great. My only suggestion would be to use a thicker heavy duty shipping box or to double box anything going across the pond. Overall pleasant experience and I would purchase from Bigniu again directly from their website.

Product is in good condition but takes a long time from China. They need a parts warehouses im the US.

Got my bgs back up and going again.
