Indigo medium lite

Very satisfied with service and product. Originally ordered the large but realized it was too large. Went directly to the warehouse to exchange with no problem. The Indigo medium is more suitable for my needs.

The bag is quite large but still is within the restrictions for Air Canada's checked luggage. I found that when packing, it's easy for the weight to exceed the max without the bag being full. I had to repack a few times to balance the weight limits. The pockets on the outside of the bag are fine but I didn't find them to be very useful in terms of size and shape. The 2 on the top are fairly shallow. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. The wheels worked great and made my life so much easier while travelling.
