Shin guard extenders

Psyched my son was willing to save $ on extenders over new shin guards, but the directions were thin as well as the tools needed to fix these. We still don’t know what the wedge shaped velcro things are for - no directions. After several trips to the hardware store we got them attached. Still cheaper than new guards! Sure would love to know what all the pieces are for!
