Fire Starting Kit

The fire starter kit flints in my kit were worthless. The two pieces were smaller than my pinkie finger, fingernail and not sharp enough to get a spark. Too small to hardly hold onto. I had to order flint from a different vendor.

Excellent kit

A well thought out fire starting kit. Has everything needed to make several camp fires. The striker throws off nice shower of sparks. The charred cloth that came with the kit caught a spark on the first strike. I haven’t made a fire with this kit yet, but I’m sure I won’t have any trouble starting one with this kit.
