Went speak to the product but customer service did not do a good job of listening to my ? When there were no instructions. They did not take note of any of the details and this created a second round of ?s which was totally unnecessary.

I had requested "The Purity" orchid for a death in the family, because the pure white color seemed most appropriate as a condolence gesture. Instead, a white orchids with pink tips was substituted. Upon complaint, the company refunded my purchase. The Help team was very helpful and I was ultimately very satisfied with my purchase. The plant provided was very healthy and with many new buds so it promises to bloom for a long time.

Nice plant, delivery in time for funeral service

Shipping an in-bloom orchid is not a simple process, so I was not surprised to see that several of the buds yet to open had turned yellow, which is a sign of stress, and would probably not open. The plant had multiple spikes (as pictured) and a number of blooms that were in good condition, so it made an acceptable presentation. While it did not arrive the next day as indicated, it did arrive in time for the funeral services and will make a lovely remembrance for the family when it blooms again next spring.
