Im so excited to cook every night with this new birthday present I bought for myself! That knife is effortless to cut with!

Its so good. Lightweight, beautifully balanced. Doesnt give me blisters ir cramp my hand with long cook days like my previous knife. Very comfortable. Im still getting used to the weight of it, it just glides— so ive had to adjust my technique accordingly. Brillint
