Terrible quality, ordered an 8 and they fit like a 10/11.

I ordered my normal size and these are huge!! They also look cheap in person compared to online. I contacted the company about a refund. I was told i was out of the 7 day return window. 7 days!!!! That is way too short!! I looked up the return policy- it also states that if the packaging is opened they wont refund. And if any part of it touched your skin- they wont refund. How are you supposed to open the box and try them on then???? Absolutely ridiculous. I even emailed about possibly exchanging for a size that i can actually wear and again- it must be within 7 days. I am out of that window by a week. Do not order from them unless you are 1000% sure you will like them and they will fit or you will be stuck with a pair of boots that you cant even wear.
