Quiet Mode

Quiet Mode is helping me sleep!

It seems to be working! I am spending a lot less time fidgeting and tossing and turning. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I do still wake up during the night, but can go back to sleep. I haven't noticed any negative side effects.

This product is really great I would definitely recommend it my sleep has been improved so much and you wake up feeling refreshed

Quiet Mode

I have been taking this for a few weeks. Generally at night, not in the morning. I reduced my normal magnesium to make room for it. I am not noticing anything dramatic, but I have been sleeping relatively well while using it.
