The ab belt and shorts delivered weak pulses. Even at the highest level it doesnt feel strong. Weak at best. The arm bands are strong (for now) even at level 4. The arm bands work beautifully. The other items are a bust. The stars 🌟 are for the arm bands only!

It works so well and fits good, they were a little tight and hard the first time I wore them, however, after a few times it fit perfect! Good fabric. I love them!
