the unboxing of the crate experience was not well explained and difficult. After the delivery company {of 1 person] asked my husband to assist {who was on strict activity restriction post surgery} in bringing the huge crate inside, I was dismayed. the wooden frame on which the canvas is wrapped is bent/warped so the bottom right corner sticks out of the wall. Thus, the beautiful canvas does not lie flat. The artistry is beautiful but for the framing/canvas wrap. Perhaps it'll settle the longer it hangs on the wall . . .

The painting was finished within the timeframe communicated. I expressed some concerns about details and depth of color. Artismore addressed my concerns, and the finished painting is beautiful!
