Best customer service ever! I purchased a CR Fence and Rail for a loft in my new house. I bought the 72-inch length for a 96-inch opening because I was installing a 24-inch loft ladder between the two sections ( I cut the rail). I did not think about the fact that the rail would only come with 4 wall connection brackets. I needed 8. I went online to CR Fence and Rail's site to buy the other 4 connectors because I could not find them on Amazon. Cr Fence and Rail sent me the brackets for FREE! They arrived quickly. The rail was easy to install and is very sturdy.
