One of the things that caught my attention with this coffee was the notes of blueberry they have on their site. Blueberries are the first coffee note I was able to pick up very distinctively from an Ethiopian coffee years ago when I first got into specialty coffee... So to see this in a Colombian coffee was pretty interesting. Even though it's listed as a medium roast it did look like it was on the lighter side of medium. The aroma from the bag is sweet and fruity which just intensifies when you grind it. I
was able to get the blueberries ground but was
not able to bring it through the cup and trust me
pulled 10 shots before I tried it with milk. You have
to keep in mind that coffee notes are not what the
coffee tastes like but what it reminds you of... on
the other hand I was able to pick up dried apples
dried orange, caramel sweetness and super sweet
milk chocolate. The coffee itself is pretty light
almost like a tea like texture... When brewed as a
pour over is super sweet and as a flat white/latte
It tasted like caramel flan as the coffee and milk
cools down. This is a great Colombian coffee. Can't wait to try the other ones on the site 👍

I love this coffee and I'm glad that I am now on the subscription so that I never run out. Honestly, drinking my first cup is the best part of my day. It smells so good and the taste is smooth and never bitter. I'm a latte drinker but I would drink Nativa black as well. Yummmmy
