The first time I ordered from la senza my items were lost in the mail and didn’t come till September but I was giving some lovely bracelets with order so I appreciated that. My second order was on time and came with no problems

Confusion with exchanging an online purchase
I went to La Senza At Southgate to exchange a product that I purchased online. I wanted a different color. There were two staff at the till and neither one of them knew how to do this exchange. They asked me to come back in an hour and a half. I went back in an hour and a half and they still hadn’t figured it out. It took them about another 20 minutes to figure out the exchange process. It would be helpful for staff to be trained on how to exchange an online purchase for an in person purchase. I really do like the two draws that I purchased.
