Was a pleasure to purchase such an incredible press! The quality is second to none and the weight is perfect not only for burgers but for getting an incredible sear on steaks and crispy bacon. A++. This burger press has just the right amount of weight for whatever you happen to be slapping on the griddle. Most in store products for hulk smashing are lightweight and bend/brake with any amount of preasure. This bad boy is mean and sturdy. Whether making smash burgers or toasting some bread for a Philly. Quit thinking about it and just buy it!
