Just the good words

Bought the maps update, and within few hours received the email with download link and all the necessary stuff. Everything is described detailed so that everyone can do it. And if there are some issues (like with me where the issue was USB flash drive) they reply to you very quickly trying to solve the issue. Even though I was skeptical now I can highly recommend it.

It's brought our 10-year-old BMW right up to date!

I did have a couple of issues with the download, it wasn't downloading in the right format to be able to get onto a drive, and the instructions say to have a 32GB drive ready, but the file was 31.4GB so actually wouldn't fit onto a 32GB drive due to the memory that's taken by the drive to work. I happened to have a 60GB drive available and finally got it downloaded (I had to do it manually, the wizard would not save the file to my drive). Updating in the BMW was simple, plugged in the drive to the USB port and waited. It took about 28 minutes to update, and it worked flawlessly from there. Previously, our subdivision did not show in the original maps and it looked like we were parked in a field. This new to us car is for my son, to get from home to school, and previously we could not search for either our home or his school to save into the navigation. Now we have both saved in there, nice and easy, and it works great! Thank you for the update! Very happy so far!

After half an hour I received the download link plus instructions; it was just a matter of executing them and installing them via a USB stick. The installation took about an hour. Now I have a nicely updated, latest navigation system in the Mini Cooper again.
