BC-1000 PLUS Body Composition Scale

We love the scale and the data it provides. We'd used one at a clinic, but it's great to have our own at home. However, the set-up instructions REALLY needed to be re-written so they are clear, step-by-step, straightforward, and user friendly. It took us several days of reading, trying, videos, web searches, etc. before we finally figured out how to install.

Outdated software was sent!

The scale and software purchase are working fine now. With the scale I ordered the Healthy Edge plus software. I was sent a CD with an outdated version of the software?! It took some doing to find an external CD reader and download the old drivers it required, only for the software to be buggy and inaccurate. After finding a tech support number to call, I was sent an updated version via email that is working well. Writing this in a review so people know if they also get the CD to just call support and get the updated version sent to you.
