Nike Kobe 4 Protro “Draft Day”

The sneaker box arrived damaged. I contacted the company multiple times by email and included photos of the damage, but they have not responded. Since they haven't acknowledged my requests, my next step will likely be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. Very disappointing customer service and communication from this company.
