GEN 2 Radio TACO® (Medium)

The item broke after about one week of use. Then, when I reached out to the customer service department. I was told it I had to pay shipping cost for an item that failed in the field despite taking several photographs showing where it failed. To make matters worse, I was told when they finally receive the item back they need to inspect and determine if it even falls under warranty and that could take approximately 4-6 weeks. I explained that I use my tact vest several times a week during work and that the turn around time is unreasonable for someone who depends on that piece of gear. I ultimately just requested a refund. So the item was horrible as well as the customer service. Hopefully, something changes in the future because I actually like the most of the gear the company pushes out but this experience forced me to seek similar elsewhere. Some of my team members arenow doing the same so they don’t experience what I did.

Great stuff but the price is outrageous.
