Arctic Leopard XE Pro R - Powerful 74V Dirt EBike

There are a few cracks in the battery casing where it has been torqued down, and my first time charging it wouldn't work, it showed over voltage protection even though i jjst plugged it in a regular 110v. Luckily I have an inverter that I can plug into that allows it to work. If I didn't have that I would be stuck for 2-3 weeks waiting for a new charger. Also the bottom skid plate was ripped, possibly from shipping. The bike cost me a total of $13,100 CAD 3k due to shipping. It took over 7 days from the purchase date to be shipped. The bike is alright, the seat is not so comfy but it rips. I've noticed that some spokes were more loose than others, not sure if I should try adjusting them equally. And right out of the box my reverse button sticks, had me tripping. I have to do quite the bit of research to see what is normal and acceptable for this bike, I know there are updates that can be done and parameters changed but I didn't expect to have to do them coming from a dealer.
