PDF Sewing Pattern | Kaftan Era Dress & Blouse

Great pattern. Generous sizing so i have made a large foe beach whale days and even a small for ambit more structure. Lovely and flowy. Makes me feel very feminine.

I love this pattern. I bought it to make a kaftan/dress for a beach holiday later this year. I haven’t sewn for a while so was not feeling confident about starting. I decided to use a printshop service to print the A0 size. (I printed the A4 instructions at home) The instructions and drawings are clear. I took my measurements and cut out the XL size. I decided to make a top first to see how the fit and size worked. It fitted true to size, although I shortened the sleeve length and the length of the top. (If I make another top, I will stick to the original length) I’m very pleased with how it’s turned out. I like it because it’s a neat fit around the neck line (I made a shorter ‘V’ - this was easy to do) and it’s roomy without being too loose. I’m now making the longer dress and already have plans to make another top. Thank you for a great pattern - it’s helped me feel confident again about garment making.
