Colombia by Edinson Argote - Strawberry Co-ferment

This coffee is sooo good !!! Everytime I order it I think it was not thhhat as I remember it is it ?? Lol BUT IT IS ! Listen I have had Onyx, black & white , proud mary , perc u name it and they all have there own goodness and some beans are better then others . This is just a great strawberry co ferment a good funk a good sweetnesss NOT sickly sweet . My only complaint is there shipping takes a lot longer than the bigger roasters but I mean that to be expected of course ! Great quality!

These are great beans!!! Love the light-roast and complex notes that come through. It's a little more chocolaty than the thermal shock-washed bourbon sidra bag, but still light.
