I won’t dwell on all the aspects of this jersey that are awesome by virtue of being made out of merino wool. I sure you already know about these if you found this site. Instead I’ll comment on how well made it is, the very precise fit and stylish look! This jersey fits like a glove! The sleeves are slightly longer than necessary and give full coverage up to gloves for maximum sun protection. The pockets are as you’d expect on a modern jersey and not some “retro” nonsense just because the jersey is wool. Plain and simple, this is a modern jersey made out of the best fabric available. I’m 5’9”, 155lbs with a 33” waist, 39” chest and the medium fits me perfectly with no slop. Feel like I have room to grow into it a bit with the stretch. The only point of concern would be the stripe bands on the right arm, they don’t have the same stretch as the rest of the material and I’m wondering if it’ll become a problem as I continue my weight training. I bought this to be used as my summer jersey but comfortably rode with it on my commute today at 29°f with only the addition of a wind shell. I’ll still buy the heavier version once black and red become available but it’s still shocking how well this one performs…. Wool, nuf said!
