Tease [Sparkle Lights Collection]

Pretty sure I got a dud from a bad batch. I own 2 other shades from this collection that have easily become 2 of my favorite eyeshadows that I own. This shadow falls short in comparison. The shade is a beautiful light purple/blue with tons of sparkle, but my shadow came hard-panned and feels very thin. It takes layers of building for mediocre pay off on the eyes, even when it’s applied on top of a glitter primer.
