Ursus CLTG2 - Arctic White

I originally bought a pair based off of my usual shoe size. Had to return it because it ran a little too small. The return process was very easy. I bought another pair a size up and I love the way the shoes feel. My only reason for the four star would be that my girlfriend hates the way that they look. I however enjoy my junior clown Shoes. will definitely buy again.

Hard to don and doff. Too small. Oversized toe box looks like clown shoes.

Credit where it’s due—this is a step up from the 1.0. But for $100, the bar should be a lot higher. I ordered both the low and high tops, same size, and they fit like two different shoes. The low tops are noticeably narrower and shorter, which makes no sense for a “same size” pair from the same line. Then there’s the shipping: both pairs showed up crammed into a cheap drawstring bag that looked straight off Temu. The low tops were clearly folded to fit, and they arrived with visible flaws—creases and misshaping right out of the bag. I knew immediately, that even if i wanted to, I wouldn’t even bother trying to return them. I’ll own my bias: I’ve bought a ton of Chris Duffin’s gear over the years and have always stood behind Kabuki products & older versions of this shoe. But this? This feels lazy. Another example of a guy who built trust through quality, only to start cutting corners once the brand got big enough.
