Panolok 30.67 ft wall panel kit - pack of 8

Making up for a low ranking do to a shipping error. After a few calls to customer service the error was rectified! Looking forward to the installation of these panels upon completing the project!

I received the delivery today on my driveway with both ends of the box opened, which made it very diffcult to move into the house as the packaged pieces were sliding out of the box on both end! Secondly i placed 2 seperate orders a few days (placed in same day) before which are different colours from the package that arrived today! All 3 receipts state dark grey, so i am not sure what colour was received on my previous 2 purchases (a pinkish/redish tone) that arematching colours but different from my third purchase received today (which actually looks like a dark grey). How are we to resolve this? As i was planning on possibly buying more panels to complete the wall, but worried that this will happen again! Not looking to have a jumbolia of colours.
