Hair feels sticky, not shiny at all

Ingredients seem very high quality, but the shampoo continues to leave a residue on my hair, even after doing the apple cider vinegar rinse, that makes my hair feel tacky. Just to ensure that it wasn’t only my hair, I used the shampoo bar on my body and it also felt like there was a sticky residue.
