The magnetic system is a great upgrade. Same quality and attention to detail, with added functionality. Everything arrived quickly and well-packaged. The XL tray got warped due to exposure to heat in the shipping process, and it wouldn’t sit flat. This is obviously out of Tinkerforce’s control, but a quick email explaining the situation was met with a fast and generous response from Tinkerforce. They offered to send a replacement, free of charge, and even updgraded the shipping speed at bo cost. Great company, great products, great customer service—I’m a fan for life and look forward to doing more business with Tinkerforce.
