I love these sauces, using them for the base of various dishes. It provides great flavor without the labor of making the sauce from scratch. It is in smaller amounts just right for our two person home. Very convenient for quick night dishes.

The Demi Glace sauce is divine. The flavor is layered and not overwhelmed by salt. I use in on main courses, but I also found it added a wonderful addition to the soups I make. The company even adds a few gifted packages of different sauces with my orders.
