I’m 5’6 and 143 pounds and purchased a Medium. According to the sizing this should be my size. The legs and length are fine but it’s a bit tight in the waist and belly area but not enough to go up a size. The pants wash well and I would definitely recommend. They are comfortable as the material has a nice stretch.
