My New Obsession!

I purchased this class a few months ago but didn't have time to complete it until now. I have to admit I was a little apprehensive because there was so much prep, but Grace explains everything so clearly. The workbook answers every question you have and even those you didn't know to ask. I prepped over about 3 days. Took it nice and easy. Grace's video is very laid back and informative. Just what you need as a beginner. If you mess up. So what. Her approach really makes it fun. My cookies came out pretty good for a first time, but I definitely need to practice on the dreaded Royal Icing Consistencies. :) I'm already prepping my icing for the next round. Beginner flowers is next. Yes, I'm hooked. You will be too.

My 9-Year-Old son and I have been watching graceful Baker's videos for a while. He decided that he wanted to make the cookies for his birthday. Pictures are of our trial run, on the counter, and our second batch on plates. I did the flood, but he did all of the wet on wet designs himself in the second batch! We had so much fun!

"Snow" Much Fun!

I've been a follower for quite a while and finally decided to purchase a class and am so glad I did! It was a little overwhelming at first to prepare, but Grace walks through what to do prior to the class in her email communication, which was very helpful. My 15 year old son and I watched the class video together and we had a blast learning and applying the new techniques. I enjoyed that Grace taught it as if she was teaching us live - it definitely seemed more personal and mad us feel at ease. Our cookies turned out great and we even used the techniques on Valentine's cookies that we made!
