Bottle Caddy - XL

I was disappointed by both the durability of the bottle and the support I received afterward. The bottle was not dropped on the ground. It fell a short distance onto a counter, and the plastic lid split on impact. I contacted Aged & Ore to ask about PURCHASING a replacement lid. After waiting several days for a response and clarifying which part I needed, I was told that the caps are not sold separately. Their proposed solution was for me to purchase an entirely new bottle from their website. For a product designed for travel, I expected the lid to withstand an ordinary impact like this. At the very least, I expected such a simple replacement part to be available without having to buy another bottle. The lack of replacement parts and the response from customer service have made me question the overall value and longevity of their products.

Love the bag and the quality. Only down side is the intense smell of the foam. We had to air it out for a few days on our porch. But now its fine.

Bag material is padded and very good. Insert is too heavy and stiff. Handles, straps and zippers could use some work.
