Bunny Lovey - Izzy

I ordered gunamuna products in December as Christmas gifts and had an extremely frustrating experience. The order was delayed for weeks, tracking stalled with no updates, and the package was eventually confirmed lost. During this time, customer service was slow or unresponsive, and items sold out while I waited for answers. One item (Bunny Lovey) was refunded before I was given a reasonable opportunity to choose a replacement. Afterward, customer service would not provide a replacement as compensation and instead required me to repurchase the item. Escalation to management was denied, and no meaningful compensation was offered. Before ordering, I recommend reviewing the large number of similar complaints posted on the Better Business Bureau. My experience closely mirrors what many other customers have reported. I would not recommend this brand based on reliability or customer support.

Absolutely love this sweet lovey. It’s so well made and so soft! I love that it goes in the washing machine. All we need now is our sweet baby, arriving any day now!

Love the size of this lovey and how soft it is! I wanted a lovey that my daughter could grow with and actually cuddle with instead of all the small size loveys you see on the market today. My 9 month old loves to cuddle with it and rub it on her face. I bought a 2nd one to have as a backup becuase i hope she truly grows up to love it as much as i do.
