I have sciatica and need padding in my seat bones. These have helped immensely. I did remove the crutch area as this was very bulky and rubbed. With just the buttock area they work very well and help give me a much more relaxed ride in my hips and joints.

Perfect in every way. Excellent for long hours in the saddle.
