Gals & Guys, You Don't Know What You Are Missing
My older daughter and I absolutely love this product!! We have to have it . . . Our hair is fine and Surf, not only adds texture, but we can create waves and even some curls. The fragrance is positively wonderful and we feel it does smell like the beach. You're missing out if you have not tried Surf. You won't regret the purchase!
