Duvet Day Laundry Shampoo + Conditioner Refill

This product was damaged in Transit. This is the second time in 3 deliveries that this has happened. Although as soon as i informed tallow and ash themselves they immediately sent put a replacement. However i feel like the delivery company should infirm the supplier straight away so they can send a new one rather than me having to wait for that to happen then when it foesnt arrive having to email them myself. The product itself is amazing and o shall continue using. I believe the fault lies with the delivery
