Very comfortable

Good. The cap is initially very cold and sometimes I have to just rest it on my head until it isn’t quite so cold but then it works very well for cooling off the forehead and over the eyes as well as the entire head. And when pulled down over the eyes it has good blackout. Very soft material. I have several of them because it lasts only about 20 to 25 minutes.

My husband loves this to help him sleep.

Insanely cold but really helped my headache! Bought two so i can always have one of these handy.
