Excelent production quality

The product is okay, the problem is that customer service is non existent. I had to send many emails for more than a week until I had an answer. And you can see on Instagram how many people comment that they have been sending emails for 2/3 weeks without any answer. It is really embarrassing to see how they post instagram stories while they are ignoring your DM/emails. I even tried to call several times the store in Madrid and received no answer. By writing so many emails I finally received an answer and the product was here within a day. They should really focus on their customer service.
