It has not arrived and it's being more than a month since I ordered it. On top of that I have been denied of a total refund, so technically I've been scammed

The quality is very poor.

Visually the handle is great, with a lovely texture and warmth, however the threading where it connects to the head failed after only a few uses. Leaving it loosely fitting and nearly impossible to use. I had to glue the product together which is unfortunate at this price point. Maybe if the screw portion was slightly longer to give it more rigidity or durability this would have been higher to rate.
