Excellent product and service.

I originally ordered a size 8 khaki shoe however when it arrived I discovered that it was a US Size 8, not EU size 8 or 42. When I contacted Bellkmart the explained that I had ordered the US 8 in error. They also offered to send me the correct size that I wanted with the only charge being the postage for the replacement pair. As the first pair would be too expensive to return they recommended that I give them to charity. I have never been happier with a retailer in my 70 plus years and extensive experience.
