Feeling good

This is a delicious daily ritual that has really helped my postpartum journey - even just the daily routine of ‘giving’ myself five minutes to make and enjoy this drink has had benefits for my mental wellbeing :)

I enjoyed this product, the flavor was very subtle which is great for me. Though i was disappointed that it does not mix well and it leaves lumps in the bottom of the glass and that their was not a scoop. Id have to use a scale to measure out the correct amount which is quite disappointing.

I have really enjoyed having this drink daily postpartum, I feel like I'm helping replenish my body after the stress of pregnancy and birth, and the flavour tastes like a fresh glass of mandarin juice, so yummy!
