I’ve been skiing with Goode poles since the early 1990s. I’m grateful I can still find these superior poles and when I need parts they are extremely easy to obtain. Great work and Thank you!

Goode came through with fast turn around for a pair of pole baskets that broke on my poles. I live in nh and it's rare to find a shop selling goode poles and parts. I ordered on Monday and they arrived Thursday. Most ski resorts prevent you from boarding the lift with broken baskets.

Rick Libkuman was great. He figured out what I needed and sent it out quickly. I got it a few days later. It was easy to install.
