Wrong size

Been ordering Grateful Shirts for a while now. The issue with this isn’t the product itself it’s the service. I ordered this shirt a few weeks ago in XXL but they sent me a 3XL. For the past two weeks I’ve been trying to contact them from multiple email addresses and have yet to get a response. So I figured this was my only way. Again, shirts are nice but customer service could be a lot better
