I'm a big desset tea fan and this one will be added to my list of favorities. I don't drink coffee so I've probably been to every tea shop in Montana, plus ones from many other states on our travels. So suffice it to say I'm pretty picky. This banana bread upon opening the bag you can tell exactly what it is. Such a strong banana scent, not floral like many I've tried. I use large cotton disposable bags for my teas. I would suggest using a fair amount, as comparable to my other dessert teas I don't get quite as many "re-steeps" out of a bag. But heed the instructions, 212 degrees and a 5 minute steep, you will get optimal taste with it. It is naturally sweet, but I add a little stevia as well as s/f vanilla creamer. Yum! Very enjoyable morning and night.
